I did a few of the five second tests. It’s really hard to remember five things that quick. I don’t know if that’s long enough to determine anything other than if you like the overall look of something.

I would say that this test worked beautifully for From the Couch. Everyday for a week we asked the people to take the test and the results were quite interesting.
It was just a screenshot of the front page and people noticed what we wanted them to in that 5 sec test.
